Flux Integrations LLC ("Flux," "we," "us") is a process consulting firm based in Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and business phone line, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because there is not much to it: we collect what we need to talk with you and do the work, and nothing more.
Website intake form. When you fill out our assessment or contact form, we collect your name, role, company, email address, phone number (only if you choose to provide it), and your free-text answers to the questions on the form.
Phone calls. Calls to our business line may be recorded for quality and record-keeping purposes. If you call us or we call you, we may keep notes or a recording of the conversation.
Website basics. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited. We do not use this to identify you.

What we collect. Your mobile number, only if you provide it to us.
Why. We send transactional text messages only: appointment confirmations, call summaries, and account notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How consent is obtained. You give consent either verbally on a recorded call with us or by checking the SMS consent box on our website intake form.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Other terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing. We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job:
These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep your information as long as needed to serve our relationship with you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you would like your information deleted, email privacy@fluxintegrations.io and we will remove it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email privacy@fluxintegrations.io.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
